Overview Gas
WEMDRA is responsible for disputes by eligible people covered by Part 15C of the National Gas Rules and applications for compensation as a result of an Unintended Scheduling Result under Part 19 Provision 2 Rule (USR).
Part 15 C (division 2 Rule 135 FD(1)) mandates the appointment of a dispute management contact (DMC). A list of the dispute management contacts with their details can be found in the login section of this site.
