The WEMDRA role includes assisting market participants to resolve or select a process in the event of a dispute or scheduling error.
This function predominately administers disputes as set out in Chapter 8.2 of the National Electricity Rules and the process for compensation for a scheduling error.

Pathway
This function predominately administers disputes as set out in Chapter 8.2 of the National Electricity Rules and the process for compensation for a scheduling error.
Chapter 8 requires participants to develop an internal dispute resolution system. Click here for guidelines. It also mandates the appointment of a dispute management contact (DMS contact). A list of the DMS contacts with their details can be found in the login section of this site.
